3. Forget and Reconnect to Wi-Fi

  1. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi
  2. Tap on your Wi-Fi network and select Forget Network
  3. Reconnect by entering the password

4. Check Airplane Mode & Mobile Data

  • Make sure Airplane Mode is OFF.
  • If using mobile data, turn it off and on to reset the connection.
